TheREALJBird
hmm pretty good prediction, I think we can beat philly one of the 2 times though
Leonard Washington
i got a solid 4...bears, 49ers, giants@home or cardinals. these are games were we could suck it up and probably still win. for the rest (cowboys@home , eagles@home,chiefs, rams, and broncos) we'll have to play well to win. EberKain
We may get beat 2-3 times, the rest we lose will be our own fault, and not that they are better than us. We just need mistake free football to win. The best stat i have is that we would have been 11-5 last year with only one more touchdown per game, I think our O has seriousally improved, and that is a real posibility so long as we dont start giving away wins with stupid mistakes. Please, oh, please, oh please, danny boy! hire a clock specialist, so we dont screw up clock management so bad this year.
kameuh
wait wait i have an objection to the entire premise of this poll. Which games of the 16 will we win denotes a losing season. However which game of these 16 could we lose has an overtone of optimism. And btw were going 8-8 till we hit the breaks (make or break anthing can happen) Anyways yeah subtle but important
Epistopheles
10-6 with mistake-free football and Ramsey earning his job. We sweep the Cowboys (finally) and split w/ the G-men & Eagles. What say you?

We have a better chance of sweeping the G-men then dallas.. IMO 10-6 With losses to : Philly Twice San Diego @Rams @K.C. @Dallas Though if Rasmey Struggles and we don't make a move fast I could easily see us at 7-
Kosher Ham
Is this a new type of poll ? I dont remember seeing it like this before. Although I admit that I ignore most polls. 11-5, 5-1 in the division. Its very interesting seeing the results of this poll.

BD
It's interesting to see - most of us seem to think that this team will be hard put to beat the Chargers, Broncos, Chiefs, Rams, and Eagles (both times). Frankly, I think that's an accurate prediction. I could see this team going 9-7 - losing to SD, DEN, KC, STL, PHI (twice) and @DAL. BD

hands11
No really, depends on injuries. What is McNabb goes down ? TO get hurt ? We had a ton of injuries last year. Look at NC.

chef8181
The game we should win would be against the Bears, 49ers, one against the Giants (maybe 2 depending on Eli), Buccaneers, and Cardinals. The games against Dallas and the Eagles will define the season. Get swept by 2 of your divisional opponents and forget having a good season. We should be able to beat the Girls once this year but given our recent history and the fact the Parcells owns Gibbs I'm not sure that's going to happen. The very tough games are going to be at Broncos, Chiefs, and Rams, the Raiders at home, and of course the 2 Eagles games. I think we're lucky to go 9-7 with that schedule and will probably do worse. Hope I'm wrong...

China
Well, based on the results of the poll so far, if we make the cutoff at >60% then the board's prediction is for a 9-7 season beating the following teams: Bears Seahawks 49ers Giants Bucs Raiders Cardinals Cowboys Giants
MeNoRevs
I dont see how we will beat the Seahawks or the Raiders. Seahawks always have a solid team and the Raiders, even with no D, still looks like on paper and awesome offence.

MeNoRevs
Kerry Collins? So? He has lead his team to a superbowl before correct? Kerry's strengths has always has been throwing the ball down field. Now he has the best WR in the league to do that with, along with Porter. Kerry Collins is more then a capible QB in the NFL to win games.
chef8181
only 2/3 of us think we can take the cowboys at home? c'mon now... I know it's preseason and it's a time of hope for a good season but given our recent history against the Girls I'm suprised it's that high. Add in the fact that Gibbs has never done well against Parcells and Dallas has improved from last year (at least on paper). :dallasuck
Darth Tater
10-6 with mistake-free football and Ramsey earning his job. We sweep the Cowboys (finally) and split w/ the G-men & Eagles. What say you? ANY team in the NFL that only goes 10-6 playing mistake-free football sucks. An average team should win 12-13 games if they play mistake-free! Last year, if we'd play mistake free football, WE'D have won at least 11, maybe 12 or 13. Its the mistakes that make the difference between going to the playoffs as a wc and having a top 10 draft choice.
