Bears: Guaranteed victory?

How did we handle the Steelers D? We scored 10 points in 2 quarters against them. Plus I am not sure that we scored the TD against thier 1st string D.

Stop being such a homer.

This game will probably be alot closer then anyone thinks.

Someone predicts we lose 37-3 and I am the homer. Maybe you should reread what I wrote, said as long as we take care of our business, we should be okay. By no means did I say we would run away with it.

With the bears starting a rookie QB (and Thomas Jones, not Benson, starting), we should be heavy favorites to beat them. They could beat us, but they should not beat us. I would predict 24-13 as a final score. Hopefully we'll score a bit more.

How badly we beat the Bears depends on how well Patrick protects the ball. There is no way the Bears can consistently score on our defense. If Patrick starts throwing interceptions, the Bears have a chance to pull off the victory. If Patrick takes care of the ball, we win big.

1. I'm positive Portis will have a big day, which means we'll probably be running alot, which makes ints. (more than one) all the more unlikely.

2. Even if the Bears scored on every int. and/or fumble (should there be more than one), I still don't see them winning. Our defense won't allow it.
