big z Posted August 24, 2005 Share Posted August 24, 2005 A couple of points:1) Nowhere does it say anything about a lawsuit. So we're not talking about a law suit. 2) We have no idea what he said. If he's being a jerk about it, yelling at them, and saying they're worthless than filing a formal complaint makes sense. That way, people can choose not to go to this doctor BEFORE they pay him $10,000 for a consult. 1) if there is any validity to this, don't be so naive as to think there isn't a line of lawyers lining up at this ladies door. I assumed there was one, and now I realize that I don't know for sure. It doesn't say the word lawsuit, but who knows what it means. They mentioned something about settling for some classes, which this doctor refused to take. I think that it is important to point out the scale of this complaint.
