lead commander
santana moss or antonio brown should be our first choice on punt and kick return team....i go with antonio brown..dont risk moss back there unless we have to...i think brown is just as dangerous as moss..no doubt in my mind..whats your thoughts on this? skinsaddict
its good we have so many options, but i think it is obvious who our return people should be. It will be Brown and Betts, if either one gets hurt, prolly have Moss returning punts.
Fred Jones
Don't forget about Thrash. I don't see Moss seeing any action unless Brown gets injured. I also see Thrash coming in before I see Moss unless it is a playoff type game.
redman
Brown is a classically shifty punt returner who can get around unblocked tacklers due to his shiftiness. Betts is a solid KR who uses his wedge to get extra yards. Brown is also good at KR. Why look anywhere else?
bulldog
You don't invest $31 million in Moss and then put him back on punt return duty. At least not on a regular basis. As the team did with Darrell Green in the past, you may see Moss back there when a game is on the line and the team needs field position.
TimFolk
Yeah, Santana wont return punts unless it's like a big game.
ZoEd
I think Antonio is going to be a suprise to everyone this year. With that dudes speed he can put the Redskins in great field position time and time again. Rumor has it he might be the fastest guy in the NFL. If not he's at least in the top 5. Like I said in another thread; Brown, Moss and Patten split out on deep routes and their isn't a D that can stop them. The coaches have been working on his route running and receiving technique. We'll see.
Fifty Gut
I don't want one of our starting WRs risking injury on returns like others said, maybe only as a change of pace in big games
bulldog
if he can get to the edge, I don't see how anyone is going to catch a guy that runs a 4.19..............
skns4life
Antonio is going to be the new Dante Hall....just watch!...there have been so many times where he is just one block away from returning it...and that punt return against the bengals last friday was just sick...heck, im going to go as far as saying he's going to the pro bowl as a ST returner....mark my words
DCSKINZ80
I think our Special Teams will be awesome this year. We've only seen Brown return a few punts and he's already had some big ones. He's an ankle breaker, we're going to see some big jukes this year.
DCSKINZ80
.heck, im going to go as far as saying he's going to the pro bowl as a ST returner....mark my words I agree as long as he stays healthy.

endzone_dave
I think Brown is going to be great this year. It will be fun watching a guy that has the potential to return it long on every attempt.
andavy
This has got to be one the best lineups we have had, as far as speed and quickness, in quite a while.
riggins44
Possible might see Moss back with Brown and then run some kind of trick play.
