Renegade7
Screw Ramsey's feelings, I want to win games. I want to see if Brunell is for real or its just him picking apart camp fooder.
redskns21
If you say no then why start the poll in the first place :whoknows:
vegeta613
Not saying he should be handed the starting Job or anything I just need to know if he is as good as he looks against 2nd and 3rd Teamers Putting him up against Pits number 1 defense last season would tell us alot about him
Ignatius J.
Ramsey played better than brunell, so no, we should continue to play ramsey. get him the experience.
Warhead36
Controversy, shmontroversy. You have to see if Brunell can get it done with the starters.
scruffylookin
Nope. Leave Patrick in there. Continue to give him enough rope to either swing with or hang himself with. I want to see JC next week, not Brunell.

AFter all, if they're man enough they can take it right? Or would coaches be morons for basically going back on their word? I DO think Mark should get a second quarter shot next game, but not the start.
Octane67
i want to give ramsey a couple of 'real' games to start b4 I pull him. however..... I think it may be a good motivational tool and a little prospecting to see Brunnell start against pitt... So I choose for mark to start vs. pitt but just pitt and ramsey is starter week

Craig
Yes. You need to see if Brunell can play better than he did last year against starters. In 2 games, Ramsey has lead us to a meager 7 points against the opponents starters. May as well see what Brunell can do against starters.

I just want to see if he's for real just like everybody else here.

I predicted us to go 0-4 in the preseason but I have seen enough to be optimistic about the regular season and the hopes of pushing for a Wild Card. We got stuck with a hard preseason schedule. It happens. But our regular schedule is much easier.
fuji869
Changing QBs after two preseason games in the worse thing the Redskin can do. Ramsey went up against the Bengals starting Defensive Unit and Brunell is going up against guys that are going to be selling insurance and driving for UPS this time next month. We have seen it before, a veteran back up comes in against guys on he bubble and puts together a solid performance, in fact I think I posted something about this a week or two ago. But I still think Patrick is on a short leash this year.
Epistopheles
Going back and forth with your quarterbacks is only going to make things worse. I'd like a little stability from the position that is supposed to lead the offense for a change! Can I get an amen? Hello?

This is Exactly why we need to see brunell against the Starters Why wait for Ramsey to start 0-3 in the Reg season to pull him?? I just want to see brunell against a first team defense
Commander PK
No. Give Brunell a chance to play a bit with the starters, but Ramsey starts. I refuse to simply forget about Brunell's performance last year, because he comes in this Pre-Season and looks a lot better. I'm not convinced he's for real. Honesty, I think the running game helped him out a lot. It was much more successful when he was in at QB. Rock looked good tonight.
vegeta613
Another thing if Ramsey got Picked Twice against the Bengals what do you all think the Steelers will do to him?? (on National TV no less) He has had 2 bad games that left this door open Now he is going to go up against pitts first team and if he blows then the Water will only get hotter
BruinSkin
I don't care if Brunell is going up against my grandmother, if he's making ACCURATE throws and putting zip on the ball, then it doesn't matter who's playing defense.

Hardly a pick machine (as a starter) but I find these preseason rantings more amusing now than anything.
Warhead36
I don't want to see Ramsey lose us regular season games before we can change QBs. It's like having a sick child. You don't wait until he's in a near-death status to send him to a Doctor or get him medicine. You treat him right away. Thats basically how our QB situation is. Why not see if Brunell can get it done with the starters? If Ramsey feels sad and depressed and loses his confidence, then he doesn't deserve to be an NFL QB. Surely he can understand he hasn't been playing well and we're EXPLORING OTHER OPTIONS, right?

Ramsey played pretty good tonight and, like Gibbs said in his press conference, the mistakes will diminish with playing time. Therefore, I want to see Ramsey get more, not less. Surely he can understand he hasn't been playing well and we're EXPLORING OTHER OPTIONS, right? Ummm, Ramsey racked up a starter rating of 86.1 last year against teams that averaged 9 wins. The other seven teams that Boo-Nell faced averaged something like 6 wins. If Ramsey played those games, he could easily have picked up six rating points, which would've put him right there with Favre. Get real, dude.
