jrockster21
Clemons....I think he's going to have a monster year with 10+ sacks.
CrazyJoe92
Was up Live Strong. I think Thrash will do really well this year we saw what he could do last year so he can only get better this coming season if he maintains a good work ethic. I think the kick return is going to do well we have a lot of speed and a lot of options with Moss, Thrash, and Brown. We will probably run a lot of trick plays on the return side. I also think Portis is going to do well. Just by us passing a little better will help him out because it will give him more rest and we might even see him throwing some more passes this year. :wewantd: :point2sky You got to want it baby!!! ohioskins
My choice would be Patrick Ramsey.... I know because he plays Qb people feel he is a big name, but I just expect him to really shine in his First full year starting under Gibbs....and I know people outside of Redskins fans think he is a pile of dung That said my darkhorse is Derrick Dockery, I can picture an all pro left side of the offensive line with Dockery and Samuels. 655 lbs. of healthy meat coming around the corner on the old counter trey. Major Harris
my voteS would have to go to: talor jacobs, which will go hand in hand w/ ramsey. also, i look for chris clemons to make some noise in the pass rushing department.
Dallsux
I'd like to say Ramsey. I think Ramsey will do better than most are giving him credit for. I think this will be his breakout year. He's been working almost all off-season on his timing & form & that's dedication. I know a lot of people have complained about Ramsey & have concerns about him, but I think he's gonna sneak up on people this year. He's very dedicated, tough, & I believe, smart. You watch. He's gonna turn a lot of heads this season. :point2sky

Let 'em think that. It'll be all the more sweeter when Ramsey throws for 342 yards & 4 TDs against Dallas in week 2. There will be a lot of pissed off Cowpukes fans in the DC area that week. :dallasuck
RaleighSkinsMann
Mine would have to be Taylor Jacobs and Robert Royal...I thinnk the both are gonna surprise alot of us this year.....:2cents:

Mr. S
Surprise player, hmm...Mark Wilson or Jim Molinaro, when they realize Dockery sucks and put one of them in. They will come in and dominate the LG spot.
dfbovey
My under the radar Redskin at the moment would be Clifton Smith. Everyone is talking about Holdman and McCune right now, but I really think Smith has the potential to possibly work his way into the starting line up. He's got prototypical size and has shown some skill in coverage in the preseason. If he gets a chance I think he'd shine.
e16bball
I think I'll go with Joe Salave'a. He won't break out, per se, but he will continue to be an anchor there in the middle. He keyed the run defense last season by clogging the middle, and also enabled Griffin to penetrate so effectively by taking on the double-teams that otherwise would have slowed Cornelius. Here's hoping for another season of under-the-radar but crucial play from Salave'a.
Spaceman Spiff
Wow, suprise people aren't riding Taylor Jacobs' jock more on this thread. "Hey, he runs great routes in practice and all the Skins say he's a great receiver!!"
Warhead36
My pick is Robert Royal. He was money in the red zone last season. Even though he barely caught 20 passes all year, he did catch something like 5 TD's. That's pretty productive. From what I've heard/read, he's working his ass off in practice trying to improve his blocking and catching. Plus he's got an awesome TD dance which I'm sure he'd like to show off some more.
Mister Happy
I agree with Warner. I would also add Chris Clemons and Phillip Daniels. Walt Harris/Carlos Rogers brings us a blitzing ability from the other side that we did not have with Fred Smoot. Shawn Springs lead the team in sacks, and Smoot had no sacks. We have the potential to bring a CB blitz from either side now. Plus, we are getting Matt Bowen back, as well as LaVar Arrington and Phillip Daniels. Mike Barrow is actually a really good blitzer. If we can get him back, the blitz can come from anywhere. Not to mention the benefit of a year in the system. We were 9th in the NFL in sacks last year. I expect us to produce at least as well this year, probably better.
Mania
I think Ramsey and the entire offensive line are going to surprise the entire NFL this season and the best part about it is it will finally shut up the critics and especially those punks on 980 @ 5:00 Csaban and Andy. budski
Skinsfanmania, Agree the entire offense especially the line will be a surprise this year. Expect a different unit entirely in performance. no cheezy names like dirtbags either.
TheGreek1973
Patten. I think Moss will have his usual injury time off and Patten is going to go about the business of catching the ball and making plays to the tune of 1100 yards and 8 TDs.

Beaudry
If we are going to win many games, we need it to be Ramsey. Dockery would be nice to fill out the line. I like a lot of our DLineman. I would also go with Warner.
