Just curious, does it say where the tickets come from? Always wondered that.

I am UL, got an e-mail this morning that they were shipped and should arrive on Thursday

Happy to hear the tickets are being shipped out. I've gotten nothing yet, but was told the first week of August. Maybe it goes LL to UL?

Mine was updated a couple days ago (forgot to mention it). I think it took like two weeks or so. So keep that in mind for around the time you get your letter in the mail.

Well if you want to you better call up now. I would think you might be a little too late, but you never know.

Yeah I've done that as well, still shows the down payment for the four seats and then the full payment for season tickets. I know where I'm sitting thanks to the letter I went sent, but just found it weird I have nothing online still.

We've been debating dragging one of those porta potties closer to our end of the lot being there aren't any, but with the cameras and stuff we haven't tested it. We always had some dude sent over to us for not parking in the back of the lot. Said if the tent wasn't up, we could stay where we were, but because there was a tent we had to move. Thankfully he was cool and let us stay there the whole season because he knew we cleaned up before anyone parked over there.

This year we'll park in the back. I'm sure I've seen your truck before, there's only like 20 of us I'd say in that lot during the early hours.

As far as the whole talk about tickets being on the account (online), I got my notification a good two weeks ago now and still haven't had the "manage my tickets" thing unlocked, still grayed out, wonder how long it takes them to update it.

Ahhh you are in the front, we park towards the back of the lot. We don't get there right when the lot opens, but close enough (unless it's a night game, then we're there when they open). You might have seen us, white Ford Excursion.

With our 1st scheduled preseason game 1 month away. Does anyone know when the team mails out our season tickets.

The letter sent to me about my season tickets says:

Sorry for the confusion. You got it right. I asked to move closer to the 50. I called to make sure that they knew it was ok to move back a bit, since I was already in row 16. I started as an STH 6 yrs ago in 433 row 19. Then I moved to 16 same section, then last year moved to 432 same row. This year, I didn't move. I called the ticket office to find out what went wrong, and they said the only place they could "auto-upgrade" me to was row 16 sec 431, and there was nothing there so I didn't move. I got them to move me anyway to row 20 sec 451 after speaking to a couple different people.

So the thing is, I had no interest in being lower in sec 432. I want to move towards the 50. They didn't move me when the auto upgrades occurred as they should have, and I've got worse seats than 1st year STH. The auto-upgrade process sucks to me. Assuming they move people based on seniority, they should be able to move you more than one section closer if there's free seats. Instead, they leave them empty and 1st year STH's get them. Makes no sense.

Well, not to be an ass, but you did tell them to move you to 451 didn't you? Couldn't you have told them no, that's too high up? Technically you don't move every season either, so I would say you got lucky. Either way, you definitely should have moved a little closer or I would think, being one for 6 years, but I'm a new season ticket holder so I'm not too sure how fast people move. I would assume the changes in the endzone help screw your moving closer to the 50 faster. Granted you aren't Row 16, but 4 more rows isn't going to be killer, as if you were say Row 10 and move to Row 20.

Yeah TDS, very nice seats, I was hoping to get closer to the 50 being I paid immediately, but guess they weren't having any of it haha. I'm just happy to be in the stadium though and to finally have mine!

I'm guessing he is lamenting the fact that he didn't get moved down within his price range?

I was hoping he would have answered by now. Still confused as to what he meant? I'm guessing (due to the money reference) he didn't want to move lower, just move closer to the 50, but I believe my friend said you can choose move closer to the 50 within the same row?

Who knows.

Obviously I'm getting screwed because you all got better seats than me and this is my 6th year as an STH. Of course, I also said I didn't want to move down below row 16 and give them more money. Pissed.

Yeah I'm happy. A friend owns seats in 432 and 450 looks like it's the same, just on the home side (which is what I was hoping for). So I'm pretty happy, I guess Joe and I can yell at each other from across the way haha.

Sure did, but I don't have any information! Haha God this is killing me. Sign into the account and nothing. The manage my tickets is still grayed out, if I check the paid invoices it shows nothing. Who the hell knows.

Go figure I just got the mail and there's a letter there from them:

Section 450 Row 15

So every other stadium in the NFL tells you how many rows (and how many seats are in those rows) there are in each section? I don't really see how it matters, but heh.

I'm guessing I should know either this week or next because after next they start sending the tickets out correct?

Thanks Sonny. I figured that would be the case, but assume mine could be faster considering they said they didn't bring as many people off the waitlist as they usually do (because of the removal of the endzone seats). Guess I'm just hoping I get the information faster!

Mark, do you know by any chance how long it takes for them to put you into your seats after the invoice is removed from the account online? Or anyone who might know? I'm trying to guess when it will get done. Jesus I feel like a damn school girl excited to pick out a prom dress, sorry guys, just anxious.

Nothing wrong with that. You'd be surprised how much of a difference 9 rows closer to the action will make. You should also be aware that the cost of your tickets will go up. I think that the will be around $100.00 (?) for the season. The higher price is for rows 1-15, (I think)

They're $79, then you obviously have the taxes involved. I believe (Mark could back it up) that the prices were:

UL Endzone Rows 1-15 $64 16-29 $44

UL Sideline Rows 1-15 $79 16-29 $64

Welcome home! And don't feel bad, they told me the same thing about Green Parking too haha. Guess I'll just be looking for some to buy before the season starts.

My invoice for my seats have also been removed, I just noticed today, but I guess it could have happened yesterday at some point. Do they let you know fairly fast about where your seats are? As in can I expect to see it soon on the account today (are they closed and will I have to wait Monday) or do I have to wait a little bit still? You all know much better than I do.
