I think during the 2022 season I checked on Stubhub to see what was for sale on the 200 visitors side for multiple games and I remember the highest row I could find available was like 17. Back around 2009 my mom bought two tickets for the season opener in that area on Ebay. I had tickets to a preseason game in the club, but she gave me the location of the opener seats so I could check them out. Both were right behind a pillar. Needless to say, we got the money back from the jerk who put them out there.

I almost rather the Club level still be a ghost town.  Its almost as bad as the LL concourse now.    Its so crowded,  the smell of weed and smoke watfs through it.  The bathroom are disgusting and dirty and have long lines now.  (used to be constantly cleaned and no lines).  And the Gold Lounge lines are long!

I only ended up renewing 1 of my seats in the Club Level (front row)  curious if they sold the second one.   But I still get my free parking, which helps offset the cost.  (Club Level seats are starting to go back up in price)

I liked it better when they did it online.  You could check for open seats throughout the day.  Now you go at a certain time and you have to run around the stadium to see if there is a seat you like, and you won't know if different ones open later in the day.

So they did end up letting me keep 1 seat.

As a Season Ticket Holder for the Caps, Commanders and the DC Defenders, food prices suck at all 3 venues. (Fedex Field, Audi Field and CO Arena).     I've noticed Ted has gotten a lot greedier though with prices at the CO Arena.  Though before we lost the Washington Valor (Arena Football Team) they had really decent prices for food at those games.  Could even get a kids meal for $6.

Seems like we had gaudy attendance figures all season. For the people who went to the games, did it seem like the upper deck seats were filled for a lot of them?

The Team was definitely trying to capitalize on the opposing fans going.  Noticed for today's Dallas game they opened the SRO seats and all the extra Obstructed view seats for sale on Seatgeek. (not resale tickets)  I imagine they didn't care who was going as long as they were selling tickets.

In order for a team to change their merch the team has to buy the existing stock back from the NFL. Then they have to foot the bill to print the new stuff, refit the stadium, redo the website...

 

Nobody is going to go thru that to move to a temp brand and then do it again to move to a final brand.

You would again have to buy back existing temp brand stock from the NFL. Redo your stadium, website, facilities....

It would double the price of the rebrand.

 

On top of that WFT sales were worse than Commanders sales... They were subterranean.

Supposedly everything was 40% off at the Team store today.   One last desperate ditch to sell items?   Though mostly Dallas fans at the game.

So i didnt renew yet, my rep did call me to ask if it was a mistake and I did get a call from the VP of Ticket Sales also.  I let them both know why I was on the fence about renewing.  My most recent issue was a basically tossed a ticket to the Miami / Commanders game away because not a single one of my friends wanted to go and sit in the first row of the club level.  I also offered it to them for free and no one wanted to go.

Now I'm considering dropping 1 ticket and just holding onto 1 as it seems i can buy more tickets on game day for 1/2 the price.

My Club seats went up  $320.  I think I'm dropping my tickets for next year (after 14 years)  I can't even give them away let along sell them.  The game day experience didn't get any better this year either.

The Club Level is way too crowded now, the lines for the Gold Lounge stink, the bathrooms are gross all the time and it smells like pot all around the concourse.

Also we lost the NFL Redzone and NFL+ this year which was BS since it was advertised as perk.

Lot of new STH reps this year, sadly they don't tend to last more than a couple years, usually you just got to skip to their boss for concerns.

I miss the days of getting a cool looking box in the mail with my tickets and swag.  Its so anti-climatic now getting an email saying your tickets are now active.

They really neutered the redzone parking when they added the rideshare section.  Literally like 1/4th of the lot is unusable now.

I'm hoping that maybe they just installed the new speakers above the 300s in time for the pre-season and there's a 2nd set of speakers either above or below us installed for the home opener. Just curious if anybody else thought the speakers were wayyy too loud for those pre-season games.

We are in 308 (first row) and I thought it sounded fine.

Hmm it says on the email,  " All Gold Member gameday benefits will apply to tickets transferred to friends and family, but will not be valid on tickets that are resold. "   So there has to be some way of tracking it.

Ok, so how does the Gold Card work this year? The App shows W Gold and the specific game and date.  But there is no barcode or anything. Do you just flash that to a vendor?  What happens if you send 1 ticket to a friend so they can walk around the stadium freely, do they also get that in the App? 

Seems like this is their worst idea yet, what is to prevent someone from taking a screenshot of it and giving it to everyone they know.....

Yep I haven't seen the option this year.  On another note I'm super annoyed they are advertising 2 club seats and parking for $309.   That quickly devalues our seats.

Oh and I emailed about NFL+ and they said they are still waiting to hear from the NFL, which is annoying because we can't watch the other games.

Was that a perk for Business or Ultra?  I can't stand how they have separate plans and they run out of spaces for this stuff.....  Also haven't seen a Taste of Fedex this year either....

Anyone sign up for Select a Seat Day?  I got 11am on the 25th.  Going on 14 years with season tickets. 

I'm sure using Seatgeek is going to work great!  Also why is there a deadline?  what happens if you dont setup your account?  Lol take that back your tickets?

Nice food and tour of the stadium. 

Big TV's went out a few times as they work through bugs. What shocked me was how few people were there. For all they had set up I have to believe they expected more folks. 

I like experiences more than anything so I hope they keep up with these free events for Season Ticket Holders. Santana did a 360 Video with me that is fun to show to friends. 

 

 

What event was this?  The Sports book VIP opening?   I can't imagine that place will stay around.  Whose going to FedEx Field randomly to place a bet.
