  1. More of an edge than a LB apparently, so not exactly what we're looking for.
  2. The only recent rumors are oblique honey badger references you can read a couple pages back. Reporters are speculating though, that they are making moves cap wise for a big signing.
  3. I don’t know what the future holds, but in a way Carson Wentz reminds me of our past… in that he seems like a Joe Gibbs kind of quarterback.
  4. So what safeties are still available Marcus Maye and Jordan Whitehead? I doubt we're in on Tyrann Mathieu, rumor is he will probably land with the Saints.
  5. Eh, this conflicts with Keim’s latest pod with JP. They were both talking about Garret Wilson in the first round and said Ron and Co. are not opposed to adding more talent at WR. I’ll go with them over Sheehan.
  6. One thing that leans me more towards the positive on Bo, regarding his poor QB play is that he had double the amount of production compared to any other receiver on his team. He made the most of the cards dealt his way and when you factor that on top of his high athleticism and technical skill from releases, to head fakes, and ball tracking/control he comes across more so as a potential diamond in the rough.
  7. Here is another sleeper I think you all would like that kind of fits in the Deebo Samuels role. He’s got a great release game and that’s huge for transitioning quickly into the NFL, plus he runs a 4.34 and has a sub 7 three cone.
  8. I was listening to Jim Nagy from the Senior Bowl and from talking to people around the league, he unfortunately thinks Muma won’t be available at 47. The success of Wilson and the fact that he’s a similar mold with a better athletic profile have people taking notice. Has anyone looked into D’Marco Jackson as our MLB? I love his intensity and his ability to click and go. No hesitation in his game, he reads well, runs a 4.55, and is smart as hell. He’s already working on his MBA.
  9. The tag for TE is kind of a bargain relative to the rest of the tag numbers for other positions. It's around $10 million this year.
  10. 1. Willis 2. Corral 3. Pocket 4. Howell 5. Ridder 6. Strong
  11. Most people unconsciously project their personal beliefs when speaking in generalities. You can think what you want but I’m not giving her the benefit of the doubt and she argues in bad faith so I sure as **** am not trusting whatever her clean up explanation might be. There has been a lot of people unconsciously telling on their prejudices or degree of racial apathy with this conflict. https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2022/02/28/ukraine-coverage-media-racist-biases/
  12. The way i took it was she was saying/admitting racial apathy was her reason and then she projected that apathy onto the rest of the US with the “we” talk. I took it as a Freudian slip.
  13. I can’t quote cowgirl because I have her on ignore. But damn, the racial apathy she just admitted to is disgusting. Do y’all really just give less of a **** for people who don’t look like you? Maybe it’s because I’m mixed with so many things but I can’t fathom being apathetic because of race. I can be callous towards people for hollow character, but this racial callousness is deeply disgusting and disturbing.
  14. Everyone who has a shared interest in progress and the maintenance of civilization, those who have developed and matured and reflected on those harvests of self-individuation, internalize and become bastions for these truths by what they accept and reject in the world. What they choose to support and what they don't, whether that comes in the form of soft boundaries or harder ones, codified into law. The success and failure of how humans understand and apply these truths are happening in real time. We're all supposed to internalize it, because it makes the most sense and leads to the best and most fulfilling kind of life. Why wouldn't you want that unless you are unhealthy and your chemistry is off? And if so, there are ways to help you change and get healthier, or if not, contain/exile you (jail), or destroy you if you care so little for what is around you and become destructive/cancerous. In a way you are basically asking, where are the leaders? Or who should lead? The plan is for us to grow into a nation of leaders. Well... that's the best plan.
  15. Eh... if anyone believes in absolute freedom... as a concept it is primitive and extreme as hell. Really, it's a child's idea of freedom. Freedom has always been and will always be co-constrained and shaped by responsibility. Every bit of freedom any living thing gets, come with it the responsibility to maintain the underpinnings that are supporting that freedom's existence. This is as true as the laws of motion, because it is movement based. No matter how much people try to leverage, bypass, and shift responsibility, the consequences of irresponsible freedom come due, and it's only shortsightedness that mistakes the lag time of things coming due, for success in avoiding it. Freedom and responsibility are forever connected and it is a failure to think of any without the other or to internalize paradigms that disconnect them. We have to maintain the connective tension between them both and as we harmonize their polarities we grow and become more developed and mature people. Unfortunately, this toddler nation has yet to truly understand and disperse that reality through society. Especially, when it comes to shared responsibility.
