  1. God, that Bishop is a stupid mother****er. The wiring of the brain and other biological conditions are not a trial from god or a disordered inclination. You're trial is to love these people, which means to shelter them from harm, nurture them, and foster their development and capacity to love and nurture/shelter/foster others.
  2. @Malapropismic Depository I wondered about that too, but then I remembered that they had him in Carolina as well.
  3. Kind of surprised by this. I thought they really liked Marcus.
  4. That's a great point. Power does change people if it is not correctly counter-balanced so it absolutely has to be considered and Cam had success or "flashed" early which helped solidify his standing. I am still open and willing to criticize Rivera for moving on too soon from Dwayne, especially considering that Ron is undergoing treatments that would make anybody less patient and more short-tempered. Those all have reasonable merit as possibilities in my eyes. However, those are also going to be balanced against all the other information we have.
  5. I hate how trump tries to use "niceties" to shield himself from accountability. We have a serious problem in this country with people who have no character whatsoever that try to hold other people hostage to standards they never can abide by themselves. Standards are purely a vehicle of convenience for them that only gets trotted out when they think they're the victim as they complain to high heaven about civility and being nice, while in the midst of a negative peace. **** them.
  6. I really like a lot of Haskins' abilities and potential, but it seems obvious to me that Haskins has maturity issues, a stubborn streak, smart guy arrogance, or whatever you want to call it. I know what those qualities look like and sound like, because I've dealt with the same **** in myself while having to grow up and mature. He is not playing the way Rivera wants him to play and he told guys over and over again that if you play my way I'll take the blame, if you don't that's on you. Personally, I think Rivera is trying to do what he can, to avoid airing out the conflict happening
  7. Well, my wife and I are making a video on it soon so maybe I'll post it here. What we've mapped together, we're calling the family of love and each element in that family has a spectrum and on that spectrum is a zone that shares space where all 18 and 6 elements carry a synergistic overlap. That zone is the goldilocks zone of love and maintaining that space while connected to all 18 elements creates the best way possible to build and exercise health, connection, capability, and many other things. Jesus' said we were supposed to build on what he worked on and do better than him, to thread the n
  8. I laugh, but straight up I respect people at least putting in the effort to build something like this.
  9. The bible and other religious texts are obsolete and were tainted with stupid **** to begin with anyways. The old testament in particular is a horrible foundation to build a spiritual practice upon, let alone to cherry pick when one is choosing who to discriminate against. Eventually Christianity will have to come to terms with that. This Christian **** as it is, is not what Jesus wanted. I feel bad for Jesus. He tried so hard to get these primitive mother****ers to harmonize and his own disciples barely lasted till after his death before they started squabbling and breaking apart (IIRC).
  10. Hopefully BYU is able to schedule some better competition at the end of the season and let Zach Wilson shine some more. He gets knocked for his level of competition, but he faces tougher teams than Trey Lance did (although Trey has a higher ceiling but is more of a project). I really like his accuracy/placement, touch, creativity with off platform throws, short area quickness, and body mechanics. His work ethic is off the charts from everything I’ve heard as well. Im hearing a lot of joe burrow comparisons but, he’s not as nails as Joe was. He can get flustered with up tempo defen
  11. KPL has come back down to earth from last year and part of that is the small sample size. Unfortunately, I agree with Cooley that he can't handle man coverage and over-runs his responsibilities. I don't know if that is something that will consistently happen or calm down in time, because I've seen him over-shoot his leverage in multiple phases of the game. However, he can handle zone and flat responsibilities and I like his run fits for the most part, plus he's got good athleticism to recover at some points though. He's still the best linebacker on our team right now, because Bostic is ****ing
  12. I can't help but feel like this also makes up for losing Jordan Brailford to the Vikings.
  13. I heard it won't be for another year at least, which sucks.
