To me the next move that is important is whether we are going to go with a GM run team or are we going to go with another coach centric. I am hoping for the GM choosing the players and the coach coaching them.  This is the decision that is going the make or break the new regime.

I don’t say treat him poorly or with disrespect. I just want him to be held accountable. We also have lost this in our society. His approach has been mind numbingly horrible. I get it that maybe it doesn’t matter in the long run, I just want some accountability under the new regime.

I'm wondering if they announce the firing of Martin Mahew at the same time.  I don't believe they are going to fire Hurney at the same time.  I think he'll stick until the new GM is in place because they need a warm body in place to at least pick up the phone.  

 

That's my guess. I could be very wrong. 

I just hope we don’t do the Ron is a good guy, but we are going another way. I want it known that he ruined the team under his coach centric approach. 

Do they fire Ron tonight or hold a press conference tomorrow?

Isn’t a blow to the head of the qb a penalty? That guy did it twice no penalty. I hate the refs in the nfl.

Dallas has be struggling the last 4 weeks and they should have lost last week.  So this doesn’t surprise me.  The  NFC East isn’t what is seemed to be.

Well here we go. The end of a horrible era. I am looking forward to this game getting over and let’s see what happens. I hate to lose to the Cowboys, but at this point a loss wouldn’t be bad either. But being a fan for over 40 years now, anything could happen today.

Look it’s been a bad season. I would like to get rid of the whole team as well, but that is not realistic. Howell may not deserve the starting job but he has done some good things this year for the worst team in football. I think he at least has earned a chance to be the backup, if not compete with another rookie for the starting job. Those thinking we are a qb away from a winning team are delusional. We will be a bad team next year as well.

Sam isn’t going anywhere.  He may not start here again but he will be our backup. He has shown that he can come into a game and be a decent qb. He still has two years on his rookie contract.  He will at worst be our backup.
