Trump and his cabinet/buffoonery- Get your bunkers ready!

About 1 week following any attempt to keep Trump from explicitly breaking the law and/or creating an economic catastrophy.

They just SEEM more important later in the game, but you're right the long math of an entire game tells the real truth. I cannot remember ANYONE ever ****ing about a missed call in the first 5 minutes of a game being blamed for a 1 point loss, and yet...
  3. Exactly. This is like tbe crackhead who calls the cops because his roommate stole his dope. This is why extortion works, but Nike has less to lose than the college athletic programs that get taken down by this.
  4. Just so you know, you're wrong about this. This guy may be as slimy as they come, but it's not like he is speaking in generalizations at this point, these are very specific claims, and unless he is just a blithering idiot then it stands to reason that he probably has the goods. He has named very specific parties, within a very specific time frame, using very specific methods of payment, that isn't the hallmark of a bluff.

I think this is more an issue with the NCAA, but Louisville had a similar program with Adidas and they got hit with bribery charges.

I agree on both counts, UK got hit in the years before Pitino was hired, but that was 30+ years ago and a lot has changed since then. They hammered Louisville because they could without much blowback outside of North Central Kentucky and much of that fan base is heavily Afican American. I'm not saying that was a decider but it wasn't the multi-millionaire boosters from UK that were upset. I'm with you on Izzo too, easily one of the NCAA's top 10 coaches. The question was asked because the guys cited in the tweet were claiming last week that Calipari was over-rated as a coach.

Agreed, the difference is when it moves from being an NCAA issue to a criminal one like Adidas/Louisville. Nike paying Zion's mom for "consulting services" seems more of an NCAA issue though. The part that frustrates me about it all is that the NCAA wants to pretend that they are really trying to regulate the league instead of just punishing low level schools and protecting the blue blood east coast favorites. In other news, this is the question being asked in the #BBN today.

Michigan State SIX trips down the court ZERO points in the last minute thirty of the game. That was rough watching them collapse.

What has e LIED about? There are reasons law enforcement flip criminals who are guilty that can produce evidence of a larger crime.

How can you say his credibility is a joke? What has he claimed to be able to prove that he didn't already have the goods? By the time this is over Duke will wish Nike had paid him.

No because subjectivity on a collective scale WILL and has excused nearly every atrocity in recorded history.

ROFLMAO!! So regardless of the evidence he brings foward, and regardless of the fact that he is a witness for the PROSECUTION now...none of that changes things in your mind? I'm glad law enforcenent doesn't think like you because criminals would never go to jail.

I'm just showing how stupid utilitarian ethics is by demonstratingbthe absudities that get accepted because the results are positive. I also think it's interesting that you use "the original sins" to describe the gassing but in utilitarian (results based) there is no such thing as a sin absent of the result. The question is which results you value and which you don't.

Wrong The medical discoveries learned in the camps through the detailed notes on the tourture frame much of what we know about medicine today. Ever wonder how we know things like the rule of 3's, or how long a human brain can go without oxygen without lasting damage? All from the camps.

Then you will NEVER be able to detetmine the ethics of ANYTHING because all you need to do is push the equation down another generation.

Gassing 6 million people in order to reduce economic and agrelicultural stress on a nation good. Herein lies the problem with utilitarian ethics.

Do you know how extortion works? In order to get paid you need to have the goods. The police arrested him because Nike accused him if extrotion. Avenatti is now working WITH law enforcement in the case. So call him an extortionist, call him a slimy jackass, call him whatever you'd like but he's getting VERY specific with his accusations now. This isn't generalized slinging, he's naming names, dates, and how it was done. I wouldn't trust Avenatti with twa's wallet but when he says he has something folks better listen.

    What do you Believe??? (Religion)

Oh yeah, you're right there are a lot of people easily convinced, CBD, flat earthers, anti-vaxxers, essential oils and QVC are proof of that. As for your previous question, that was a kindergarden question. For the record, the reason most people belong to those religions is because of their parents and their culture, not because they've been convinced through sound reasoning. Ask me how I know...please
