Of course, I'm not a Wizards fan at all. I'm a Sixers fan. I'm not a huge NBA fan, but I catch on when the home team is in the playoffs. I looked at this website noted above, they have Austin Rivers going to the Sixers. I am now officially pumped! Someone that can shoot - holy ****, batman.

I will preface my post by saying I don't know **** about soccer; but I have found myself becoming more interested -- the EPL on TV more often in my area has helped.

The US Team seems to be getting really old. I mean, the centerpiece of the team is still Donovan and Howard -- these guys are old (or are they in soccer years?). Where are the young studs????

While this group has had some pretty nice successes, are we about to enter a new lull in the winning because all of the good guys are retiring?? Like another 20 years of sucking real bad?

We can produce the world's best in bball, baseball - why not soccer? I know I know, the good athletes go to the money in football, baseball and basketball leaving only the sucky athletes to play soccer. But is that the ONLY reason?

The Wizards at least have an elite talent to build around.

The Redskins are a sucky 5 win team and it will stay that way if Andrew Luck or Robert Griffin aren't playing here next year.

I say the Redskins win a playoff game before the Wizards.

Although I'm watching the NFL playoffs, I see that Kevin Love has 8 rebounds already and it's still 1st quarter. DANG MAN!

Seriously, this team needs another superstar if they want to contend. I understand the whole build from within with solid draft talent, but GD, they needed someone (as usual) to take over this game and (as usual) nobody stepped up. If Howard is a UFA this summer just show him the brinks truck and don't look back. This team will never win if they continue to ask John Wall (a PG) to be the superstar of this team and do it by himself...

Now that is funny as hell -- there is NO way Dwight Howard will be a Wizard -- he has WAY too much set on being a movie star and he's going to go to a winning program. Seriously, no shot at all for Washington - none.

G.A.C.O.L.B. I think calling my comments on Blatche a defense is a serious over reach. I said that they'll build his value and trade him not that he's good and a keeper. He's inefficient, which is why he isn't ideal off the bench. The way he's been acting this offseason has me thinking Ted is giving him tips on improving his image. ... all part of the plan to build up his value.
