    Fun With Eli's Drunk Pic

I know the season hasn’t started yet but there is never a bad time to contribute to this thread
  2. That is exactly how I feel about the 75th anniversary uniforms. In a vacuum I love them, but I associate them with our loss to the Giants in early 2007.
  3. I agree with everything you said here, DH. Updating my previous post with your comments, I'd say we update our burgundy and gold to darker colors, similar to the 70th uniforms: * Home Uniform - Burgundy jersey with gold pants and our "standard" logo helmet *Away Uniform - White jersey with burgundy pants and our "standard" logo helmet I think this type of "modernization" to the uniforms would look great. It would keep our style traditional but the color scheme would be slighly updated - both a nod to the past and really great combination for the present and future. No more white pants!
  4. While I would have liked an updated version of the 62-64 feather helmet uniform for our throwback, I am happy with the 80th anniversary uniforms. In guess my favorite combinations are the burgundy jerseys and gold pants for our home games (same as last year) and Gibbs era white jerseys and burgundy pants for away games - with both unis having our Gibbs era helmets. Mix in the throwback uniforms for a couple of games and that works great for me. Having said that, the most important thing is that we win. I loved the 75th anniversary uniforms when they were released and was so pumped for that Giants game. When we got destroyed that game I never wanted to see those uniforms again. 70th anniversary were great as well, but they remind me of the Spurrier years. Hail!
