  1. Could you mix that with vodka for a super Moscow mule?

Probably. A new go to drink of mine is Crown Apple and Ginger Ale. Meant to try to mix the NYFTGA with the Crown Apple. It could possibly work.

  2. You're new here, aren't you. :P

    http://smalltownbrewery.com/our-beers/

    I say. :)

However I'm not seeing it on their website. But my 7-11 guy across the street as been telling me he's got it on order. I'm thinking maybe it's different brewery now she nice I'm not seeing it on their site?

I tried some Not Your Father's Ginger Ale a couple weeks ago. Not bad, but very gingery. If you're not a ginger ale fan, you won't like it.

There's a bar down here by me that had the Not Your Father's Orange Soda on tap 2 weeks ago. My brother tried it and said it wasn't bad.

As for the Root "Beers", I think my favorite one is the Coney Island kind. Not as heavy as NYFRB.

  3. I've honestly never understood open carrying anyway. Seems like there are lots of people who do it "just because they can", as it were. Why announce what you have and make yourself a potential target when you could get a CCW?

    Intimidation and small weiner

  4. With all that is going on with GS, it's amazing that the Spurs are on a pace to win 67 games and no one really even notices. For 15 years or so they have had the best Franchise in all of sports. Ahead of the Patriots even. As far as I am concerned, they can just put the Spurs and Warriors in the actual finals.

I noticed that yesterday when checking out the standings. It's crazy they they could win 67 games and still not win the conference.

  5. Hard fought game from the Terps last night. As a Heels fan, I was nervous in the 2nd half, especially when MD took the lead about half way through. They're going to be a tough team to play the rest of the way. The early turnover hurt them, but they shot the ball really well. Sulaimon is going to be a big boost to this team come tournament time.

  6. For the first time in a long time, I don't even want to watch RAW. Too long. Too many corny ass angles. Adam Rose shouldn't be allowed near a TV and nothing groundbreaking seems to happen. It's all too bland and predictable.

I'll probably read recaps and watch ppvs and nxt until I have a reason to care.

I wish I had a way to watch Lucha Underground.

Read some recaps this morning. Doesn't sound good.

  7. Got back from the Panthers game last night & picked up the last six pack of it 7-11 had. Just now getting into it. At first I was I kinda ehhh on it but halfway through the first one its not to bad.

It's not a beer I could sit around and drink a sixer of. It's a nice beer to have on a cold night.

  8. To be fair, a Democrat brought up the Japanese internment camps as supposedly being a good example of what should be done.  Also polls seem to indicate that unfortunately quite a lot of the country is in agreement with the GOP on the refugee issue right now.  I assume that will change as (if) things calm down a bit though.

It's funny because none of the Paris attackers so far have been from Syria. This is all coming from them finding a fake Syrian Passport on one of them. Most of them were Belgium or French nationals.

  9. Something that hasn't been discussed much is how the same GOPers who defended Kim Davis a few months back on the idea of religious freedom are now the same people who want to deny entry to the US for refugees primarily based on their religion.

I guess, currently the idea of freedom of religion for the powers that be in the GOP only apply for Christians and some Jews?

Religious Freedom to them means they can practice their religion freely, wherever and whenever they want. It doesn't mean people from other religions can do the same.

  10. I have to say the fascinating thing about Trump is how openly and willingly he has been exploiting these fears. I mean, not even Pat Buchanan would really have the balls to call for shutting down mosques. There has largely been a certain level of restraint in these tactics since the 60s. Code words and such. Trump doesn't play that game. It's somewhat refreshing - even if it is completely terrifying.

Um, now he wants to put all Muslim Americans in database so they can be tracked. Any other person would be getting crushed in polls for what he says. For some reason, the dumber **** he says, the better his numbers look. It's really scary.

  11. I wish. Whenever I try to root mine, I find the exploits have been closed up. Why can't I have ownership of my own goddamn phone?

I was never able to root my Moto X because the bootloader was never unlocked. I'm not sure why they make it so difficult either. It's your phone, you should be able to do with it what you want.

  12. If we're only talking a few thousand then I think it's a bit more settling for some, me at least. If we're talking about hundreds of thousands like europe, turkey, germany, etc. Then we're going to hit larger issues with higher risks for a number of things

It's been 10,000 for awhile now. Since 2012, we've taken in 2,144 total Syrian refugees.

Here's a comparison of what we're doing and what the rest of the world is doing: These charts put the US response to Syrian refugees in context: it's pitifully small

  13. Let em pile on me steve... it's funny and so uninformed.  I stated my case, but I am not responding to liberal propaganda here that will be the end of us all.

There is not even a moderate road here with some of these guys.  If you have to ask?  Yeah YOU!   :)

Just let them make fun of me until the next huge attack in the UK, France, Russia, Germany, or our own country.

FO4 is a real fun game until we play it in real life...

How'd you get internet in your bunker?

  14. Perhaps the gov't should introduce a program where as those that aren't opposed to bringing the immigrants? What would that be?

Allowing people to open their homes to the refugees and funding it accordingly.

I wonder how many of these folks would do just that? My money is on them singing a different tune and not being so welcoming.

Are you going to be housing homeless veterans too, or nah?

Sure. Or I wouldn't be opposed to having a shelter set up and volunteering to help the people.

Though, I fail to see what that has to be with being humane
