47 pages ago was only December 16th.  I checked.  Honestly, that's not that impressive.  Now if you had said it ... 134 pages ago, on October 23rd, that would have been a lot more impressive.

    :P

(Also, for the record, I never wanted to see Heinicke ever play, and even after he started winning, while I conceded you don't miss with something that's working, I never wanted to see him plan.  Like ever.  So I guess I wanted to see Wentz again by default.  Or Howell.  Or ... literally any other QB who is not infuriatingly limited.)

Heinicke did what a good backup is supposed to do: keep the season from derailing while the starter is sidelined. If they make the playoffs it’s gonna be largely because of how the team played while he was starting, and he didn’t really do much during that time to keep them from winning. But these last 3 games showed his “moxie” tank was empty, even though he played well for the most part this last game. But he hasn’t overcome bad luck and bad play in like a month.

Packers have eight losses to our seven. If we win next week with the Seahawks and Lions lose we clinch. We have the tie breaker over the Packers since we beat them.

Tiebreakers don’t matter since we have a tie…and since it’s still possible for the Packers to go 9-8, we need them to lose at least once.

Win two home games and we're in. I'll take it after a 1-4 start.

Seahawks should win out. They play a Jets team that is completely hapless at QB and then end the season against the dog doo doo Rams.

Lions I'm not sure. They should beat the Bears next week but the Bears have been a tough out in recent weeks and Fields mobility should present challenges. Their season finale is in Green Bay and the Packers might still be in it and that's always a tough place to play(especially for the Lions).

Seahawks are 1-5 over their last 6 games, so I’m not feeling they “should” beat anyone over the next two weeks.

It would have been nice to pull off the shocker, we had our chances but there is new hope with Wentz and we'll quickly see how well he can do against pressure as the next two games are against two of the top 5 pass rushers in the NFL.

Gotta win the next 2 or we're mostly likely done.

i don’t have faith that Seattle, Detroit, or Washington will win both of their next two games. That would be good for us, though…

  5. I guess this goes here...

"At the center of this imagined plot were machines from Dominion Voting Systems, which Ms. Powell claimed ran an algorithm that switched votes for Mr. Trump to votes for Joseph R. Biden Jr. Dominion machines, she insisted, were being used “to trash large batches of votes.”

Mr. Hannity interrupted her with a gentle question that had been circulating among election deniers, despite a lack of supporting proof: Why were Democrats silencing whistle-blowers who could prove this fraud?

Did Mr. Hannity believe any of this?

“I did not believe it for one second.”

That was the answer Mr. Hannity gave, under oath, in a deposition in Dominion’s $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit against Fox News, according to information disclosed in a court hearing on Wednesday. The hearing was called to address several issues that need to be resolved before the case heads for a jury trial, which the judge has scheduled to begin in April.

Mr. Hannity’s disclosure — along with others that emerged from court on Wednesday about what Fox News executives and hosts really believed as their network became one of the loudest megaphones for lies about the 2020 election — is among the strongest evidence yet to emerge publicly that some Fox employees knew that what they were broadcasting was false.
