  1. I am 100% with you here. His cuts look fantastic in camp, and the way he came back for those 2 passes against the Bengals, I love his fight, determination and focus.
  2. I really Really hope our final WR group includes: Scary Terry MC, Cam Sims, and Harmon. I am assuming that Quinn, PRich, and JDoc would round out that the corpse, but hope that David replaces JDoc, and it would not break my heart if they included SSim or Jehu in that number. I really really really hope that we go with a "Next Man up" mentality that once you drop your 2nd catch-able ball you go to the back of the line. You got some hungry young guys, and I hope that we don't have to watch JDoc miss 80% of his 50/50 balls and PRich hobble to the line for the first 3-4 games for the sake of "Continuity"

0-5 Start, Tell Me It Can't Happen, Please....

Depends on whether the loses were due to Keenum throwing 8 picks or if they were due to injuries/missed FG's/space aliens etc... The way the OL looks right now, Keenum may be running for his life and out due to leg cramps by the 3rd quarter of the Philly game.....

I ant Scared of da bears, But Khaiil Mack going up against Don Penn, Eric Flowers or Geron Terrifies me. I think that Jay is intentially not tipping his hand with Quinn and McLairen not seeing much time in preseason. Guice and SP are going to be fresh as well as CT.
  5. Forget flying out to have lunch, Invite him to a private lunch with Jay and Doug to work out any issues. Leave Dan out of it. This is what he pays people to take care of. If Bruce is the issue, then Dan and the organization needs to decide if Bruce is a liability or asset based on the behind the scenes handling of the situation. Just cause you have a beef and hold-out does not mean that the owner comes flying out to make everything better. Gotta be understanding and give and take on both sides. Got it. So eventually if he wants to play again, he has to pick up the phone and call Jay or Bruce. Let it simmer, and then if he comes in with unrealistic demands, let him sit or trade him for a ham sammich.
  6. Raise your hand if you think TW will ever suit up in Burg and Gold again. At this point there are only 2 options: 1) Trade him for anything you can get. 2) Play hardball and let him sit out the remainder of his contract, accruing fines and the media storm that goes along with. Even if he reluctantly reports, do you really want his attitude towards the organization in the locker room? IMHO, TW has been overpaid for the amount of time he has been on the field. He has NOT been the premier LT in the league but is firmly in the top 8 over the last few years. He has had games where premier Pass Rushers have beaten him consistently, and the injury bug and age are catching up to him. This fallout is a direct correlation with the lack of attention that the OL and DL had for years until the last few drafts. If we stay the course we are a couple of stud OL away from dominate lines on D and O, and with Haskins growth and some young WRs, and Guice, our core of an explosive Offense will begin to jell. If TW was concerned about his health, he can afford to go see a specialist and get a 2nd opinion. He is responsible for his health, not the team or team doctors. Unless there is a contract clause that says you cannot go see a specialist on your own, the whole "issue" is manufactured. If I had to bet, I would guess that TW is not going to take the $$ hit that sitting out the season would result in and will report sometime after preseason is done by the 3rd game at the latest. I would love his talent on the line, but at this point his attitude towards the organization as a whole would be too negative to let him in the locker room.

The current status of the Redskins o-line.

With the chemistry that Moses and Scherff have, I would move them both over to the Left side. When/If Williams comes back let him play RT with Flowers or Geron @ RG. Actually if Moses could play LT, and Scherff resigns, this could lock down the left side of the line for 4-5 years.
  8. Left side of line being more important. At least our Rook or QB will see the freight train that is about to run him down.....
  9. Move Sherref and Moses to LG & LET and put Flowers @ RG with Penn and Wes battling it out for RT.

Why don't we move Moses and Sherrif over to the Left side of the OL to protect the blindside? Let Wes, Penn, and Flower battle it out for RT and RG?
  11. WIthout knowing the situation with the medical team, and TW's beef IMHO..... Let him walk. Don't pay another cent. I loved some TW over the years, but he has turned into a prima donna. TW, Jordan Reed, and J Norman need to be traded.

My man, Of your list of injured players, the only one worth keeping is J Crowder, and that is as a back-up. T WIlliams has to go. We fumbled his window of opportunity and he it too high priced to sit on the sidelines hurt. NOrman has to go or get his contract slashed heavily. Haha has been here 3-4 weeks? He is young and deserves the chance to fit in, although DJ has dissappeared since HaHa joined. But he is young and talented. J Doctson seems to have a connection with J Johnson. Let'em rip the next 3 games and let's see what we have.
  14. Can we go ahead and start the re-build, or are we holding out hope of going 3-0 and sneaking into the paloffs....... Although, I did like what I saw from J. Johnson....

Reed needs to go after this season. Too much $$ tied up in 1 player for too little production.
