  1. Agreed. As far as I can tell, we still live in America & the !st Ammendment has not been repealed which means that a man who owns a huge company still has the right voice his opinion when asked it. The intolerence toward Christians in this country is a bit...unsettling, if you ask me. Now, can we please leave the CFA & politics out of here?
  2. pwnage on the "awkward merit badges". The "third wheel" one? You can be a 5th wheel or a 3rd leg. 3rd wheel desn't make sense. Just sayin'. :silly:
  3. I wonder if she knows that she is the focus of many on this site. She is super cute. Everytime you post, I always watch her a couple times. :paranoid: Great. Now I sound like a creepy old man. ---------- Post added August-20th-2012 at 01:03 AM ---------- I went to Turner Field a few months ago for a Nats game (great fun, btw). During BP before the game, I was with a group of people in left field seating & a ball came my way. There was a couple standing in the aisle. They BOTH saw the ball coming, the woman heard everyone screaming "HEAD'S UP!" & she knew I was there wanting to catch a ball, but she didn't budge, even when the ball basically whizzed by her head. I couldn't do anything because in order for me to catch it, I would have had to knock her down to do so. I'm sorry, but a baseball I can buy at the store for a couple of dollars simply isn't worth that. Just because it was hit by a Major Leaguer makes no difference to me. If she wasn't there, I would've caught it (or made the attempt anyway). And I agree, that woman is a bad person. I couldn't believe it when I saw that video. What a creep. ---------- Post added August-20th-2012 at 01:18 AM ---------- My favorite one is "To Thy Known Self Be True" :rotflmao: I have no doubt that was the customer's fault. Some people. ---------- Post added August-20th-2012 at 01:37 AM ---------- :slap: what's the matter with you? :silly:
  4. I've had homemade mayo, katchup, mustard...I. Can't stand. Mayo. I hate the smell of it, the taste of it, the look of it, even the sound it makes when it is spread over something disgusts me. The ONLY thing I desire mayo in is tuna. Frankly, & quite honestly I think this discussion belongs in another thread so I'll end my part here, but I'm not a big fan of slathering much of anything on my foods. I like mustard more than any other condiment, but I do use katchup on certain things. I like it with fries & burgers, but as you said, not so much that I can't taste anything else. I hate katchup on hotdogs. But mayo (any kind) is just plain nasty! Done with hijack. Proceed with your regularly scheduled pwnage. :silly:
  5. I despise mayo. :puke: In fact, I can't understand how people like it so much. There is nothing more un-American than putting mayo on a burger. :silly: You & me park our cars in the same garage, my friend.
  6. Dude, look where I'm at....I've been seeing this commercial for months. I lol everytime I see it.
  7. That save was one of the most amazing I have ever seen. I miss Varlomov. One heck of a goalie. He would have been great behind Holtby!
  8. Try living in Alabama & saying that. It gets completely missed.
  9. I totally disagree. I LOVE burgundy on gold unis. It's distinctive & sets us apart from everyone else. The only other team that even REMOTED looks like us is the Chiefs. Every other team uses a variation of many other colors (blue being the most commonly used...:puke: ). The burgundy jerseys with the gold pants is the best uni we have ever used, IMO. I hate the white pants, unless we are doing the white on white. But the white pants with burgundy jerseys are the ugly you describe. They need to just bunk those white pants & never use them again.
  10. It's NewEra. All their fitted caps are gonna cost the same so, a Redskins fitted will cost roughly the same as a Yankees fitted cap. NewEra is expensive.
  11. Out of 10, I give this movie an 8. God really moved me with this movie & it touches on a lot of different topics which really affect so many of us. Great movie. Fathers, I highly recommend it. Sons & daughters, I highly recommend it.
  12. wow. "your parents are stupid!" harsh....but he's right.
  13. :rotflmao: I was wondering the same thing when reading that! LOL
  14. This guy should get a spot on ESPN. He's AWESOME!!! :rotflmao: ---------- Post added December-27th-2011 at 02:37 AM ---------- This is HILARIOUS!!!! NSFW Totally worth the listen.
  15. Don't know if this has been posted or not but didn't see it in the last 20 pages or so I went thru. Little bit of language at the end, so may not be safe for work...
  16. It's funny you post this. There's a Christian band that I doubt is in existence anymore by the name "Ghoti Hook"
  17. Actually, I loved his role in Be Cool. Hil-ar-ious! Walking Tall was a good one, but just can't beat the original story. The Rundown, IMO, was his best movie. Nowhere near realistic, but in a movie like that, I'm not looking for realistic anyway. ---------- Post added November-21st-2011 at 12:29 AM ---------- That was by far the most entertaining wrestling has ever been, at least for me. When Hogan went bad & Sting went with the Crow look...now that was fun to watch. Lately, I feel like the WWE is grasping for straws to keep things interesting. Bringing in the Rock, HHH, Mick Foley, Kevin Nash. It's too bad they've gotten so generic. The characters they have now don't seem to have the same draw as people in the past, like the Rock. No one comes out now & has the whole crowd anymore. Maybe Orton or Big Show. But Cena, who is the "top" star in WWE only has part of the crowd. Even in his own town, the crowd boos him.
  18. Ya know, you are seriously overdoing it with the post count today. :silly:
  19. ---------- Post added October-24th-2011 at 03:49 AM ---------- ---------- Post added October-24th-2011 at 03:52 AM ---------- Thank you, Miss South Carolina...lol
  20. I wonder if we could hire him as Landry's tackling coach.
  21. I didn't mind that one but my favorite was the 75th. The Yellow pants, yellow 'R' helmet. That was a great throwback uni. The way some of these other teams are wearing their throwbacks all the time, I wouldn't mind seeing one of ours come back occasionally. I would like to see more uni differences, but I too can live with what we were doing with the white tops/burg pants. I was never fond of the reverse tho. I love the burg jerseys (most of the jerseys I own are the burg ones), but I could never like the white pants. Maybe they should go with yellow pants with the burg tops, that might be ok. But the white pants never did anything for me.
