Team looks different tonight, not too late to get hot to go into the playoffs?

They're a very Jekyll and Hyde team this season.  They can beat anybody, but they can also get quite embarrassed.  I'm certainly not putting any money down on them going to the cup, but I don't think anyone's gonna look at a series against the caps as a bye.

How did that not go in!?

This might concern me if I had any confidence that Trumpy false-flag actors had any competence at all, and exhibit 1 wouldn't be *the person's entire Facebook feed shouting how Trumpy they are.*

Assuming you can identify the actor.  And even if so, will that stop fascist scum from holding the organizers responsible?

The case, which I've only read a very high-level summary of, doesn't seem to appear to be about sentencing participants in protests that get out of hand.  It appears to be about holding the organizers financially responsible if anyone at a protest they organized does something illegal.  So it would be like levying a civil monetary penalty against Donald Trump because some rando MAGA dumbass PATRIOT decided to punch a cop on Jan. 6 after Trump organized his little public remarks and encouraged everyone to "head down to the Capital."

Or what we'll most likely see, a legitimate protest will have some Trumpy false-flag actors go commit crimes so that civil rights organizers get stuck with the bill.  Or police.  They love false-flagging protests against police brutality.

I definitely don't understand why some environmentalists still continue to dis-like nuclear so much other than they learned it from their parents.   I think the position was more justifiable in 1950's, 1960's, and 1970's when there was no understanding of global warming and hence people didn't factor in carbon emissions and when the design of nuclear powerplants was  less sophisicated and there was more potential for a disaster. On the other hand back then, coal was the most common fuel source and it burned less cleanly than say natural gas which is a lot more common today.  But yeah, environmentalist in France got their country to back up off nuclear like 10 years ago and of course their carbon emissions went up afterwardsd.

We still don't have an acceptable answer to the question of what to do with nuclear waste, really bad things happen when disaster strikes, and it takes decades to get a new plant opened while we can renewables going much, much faster without the prior drawbacks.

No Timmy you won’t be in music class like your old siblings, you’re part of our new 3rd program on life skills. You’ll be learning how to use tampons to stop puncture wounds from bleeding. Then, assuming you survive, we’ll move on to mortgage loan applications.

If we're trying to give them skills they'll likely need, why are we teaching kids about mortgages?
