If there is a lesson to share from past month of consistent losses fighting #DixieFire, #CaldorFire is beyond our control until weather cooperates. Don't assume firefighting will succeed. If you are anywhere above Hwy 49, between Hwy 50 and Hwy 4, you should be prepared to leave.
