Joe Biden has added a local stop tomorrow in Oakland, Calif., the city where Kamala Harris launched her campaign.

For readers of tea leaves: Cross country travel is certainly possible, but Harris is in DC tonight. She cast a vote on the Senate floor at 5:32pm.
