Jimmy Johnson said on #Fox that blame goes on Bruce Allen for not enough talent but "Jay Gruden is a good football coach." Not sure about the "good" coach part but truth is not one NFL team would hire Allen to make football decisions. Gruden will get OC job immediately. #Redskins
