Keep seeing how people want Washington to build at the RFK site. It’s really not their call and not yet DC’s. It’s Fed Govt property. Have to change terms or lease or sell to DC. Then: hurdles with DC council too. Lots of govt hurdles. Do think team would love. but: obstacles
