NEWS: Rep. Harley Rouda (D-Calif.) tells me he now backs an impeachment inquiry. He had said his deadline was end of June for the Trump admin to comply with all oversight requests & subpoenas — he now says it’s obvious that that won’t happen. Rouda reps a historically R district.
