Instant reaction - Redskins are serious abt improving run def. Payne isn't a sexy pick; was a need pick, not best player, but him paired w Allen, who he obviously knows well, w Foster/Brown behind him, should be a big improvement over 2017. Also, he's very athletic. Moves well.
