As we've said for the last half-hour on @1067theFan - how do you fire Jay Gruden before Bruce Allen - he's arguably your top talent evaluator for at least the 53 roster & HC BUT more importantly - why would you let Bruce make THAT decision, never mind the choice of who is next?
