The #Ravens signing LB Roquan Smith to a $100 million, 5-year contracts allows them to potentially use the franchise tag on pending free-agent QB Lamar Jackson.

Roquan was also set to hit the market. The Ravens traded multiple draft picks for him, including a 2nd round pick.
