So unless Snyder has been secretly meeting GM candidates or plans on giving Kyle Smith the keys, then they’ll have likely missed out on the early head start of looking for a new GM/HC. And FWIW, I wouldn’t be against a GM/HC combination of Kyle Smith and Kevin O’Connell
