Harvey-Clemons suffers from severe asthma so opting out amid pandemic uncertainty was the call. The 2017 7th round pick is no roster lock but WFT needs LB help. He hasn't played for these defensive coaches. Sounds like JHC is closer to 235 lbs. Bulked up under previous staff.
