Thursday at the WH. St. Patrick's Day is observed a day early as Pres Trump welcomes Taoiseach Leo Varadkar of Ireland. The visit includes the traditional presentation of a Bowl of Shamrock. And the Pres and Taoiseach will attend @SpeakerPelosi's Friends of Ireland Luncheon.
