The Bernie Sanders campaign says the offices open TODAY in Philly, Pittsburgh, Allentown and Harrisburg, as well as Scranton, where Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton's father were both born. The Sanders campaign hopes the delegate-rich state will help him close the delegate gap.
