I've had this problem happen with multiple cars. The buttons stick, on the steering wheel. Namely the cruise control. Somehow, the same button gets stuck in each car. Is this an easy fix ? Can I lube it without damaging other sensitive parts around it ? Do I need to remove part of the steering wheel ?

    2019 Comprehensive Draft Thread

Minshew is still my late round guy. Has the smarts. Average size but large hands. He is a quick decision maker. Has the swagger and the IT FACTOR. He wont be ready this year, but we don't need him to be. If he lasts till the 5th or 6th he is a steal all day. Let him develop behind Case and Cult.

@Renegade7 here you go: ‘I Just Try My Hardest’ | 10-Year-Old Maryland Girl Born Without Hands Wins Handwriting Contest FREDERICK, Md. (WJZ) — Sara Hinesley is your typical 10-year-old girl, but this resilient girl is overcoming obstacles with a smile. Sara is a remarkable student who’s proving when it comes to academics, nothing will stop her. “I like to play, I like to watch TV,” Hinesley said, who recently came to the U.S. from China. She excels in the classroom at St. John Regional Catholic School in Frederick and she recently won a national handwriting contest that recognized for her excellence in cursive, the Zaner-Bloser National Handwriting Contest. “I think’s it’s kind of hard — well sometimes easy and sometimes kind of hard — cause you don’t really remember all the letters to write,” Sara said. All the more remarkable because Sara was born without hands. Her sister Veronica wanted to help, so in science class she built an artificial hand for Sara so they could play together. Starting QB 2019???

Not only is that a bad idea, but I don't see them doing that. For the same exact reason they were careful not to overpay Cousins. They realize this team is not built to win if they put most of their stock in the QB position, no matter how good he is. Take everything with a grain of salt, that you hear a Front Office say BEFORE the draft.

    Starting QB 2019???

Oh dear gods the skins better not trade up to 3 and trade away a bunch of stuff... Unacceptable!
  10. So now its 18 angry Democrats instead of the previous 13 very angry Democrats.
  11. If so, that's even more credit to Tomsy, since Brantley's career was spiraling down when he arrived here.
  12. And they apparently really like Caleb Brantley as well.

-Doug said today that a trade down would be much more likely than a trade up. I for one sure hope this is true. -Trading up for Haskins sounds like a terrible idea to me. But trading up to the number 3 spot of the Jets, which some are rumoring would cost the house and then some. I can't think of a much worse way to spend Thursday night watching that poop show.
  15. I lucked out that 4th grade was state history/geography in NC. In Virginia it was 3rd grade which is where I lived the previous year. Then 5th grade was US history/geography. No reason tho that geography shouldn't be required in high school tho. I chose to take world history instead. Would have been nice if both were required.
  16. On evaluating a wide receiver: "I think when you look across this league at this particular time when you talk about a receiver basically what I think what we need and what we’ve talked about is what you call a ‘go-to-guy'. And that guy you know in tough times, no matter the situation. He’s going to be able to make plays for you - a tough guy who will go across the middle, a guy that will block for you, the guys that wants the football." All I could think about was Pierre Garcon when I read that. The Rook

Presidential Election 2020 - ManChild vs Adult

It's in the stock market (or other trading market). It would take a Nobel laureate to study whether $1 does more economic good sitting in the stock market versus educating a young person. I don't even know where to start with that, but it's a really interesting question. The next question is, given the economic inequality in this country and the fact that the top 0.1% percent of the people own about the same amount of assets as the bottom 90 percent, if the economic impacts are more or less even, what is the harm in taxing the ultrawealthy and giving it to anyone else? I personally think the answer here is yes, the ultrawealthy don't pay nearly enough in taxes. The next question is, okay, let's assume everyone is on board with taxing the ultrawealthy more. Is paying off student loans the highest and best use of that money? Probably not the single best, but educating young people and allowing them to enter the real world without crippling debt is certainly a worthy goal, and also is likely to have economic and other benefits throughout the broader economy.

  20. The grade below the one I teach (7th) has geography as it's social studies focus. By the time I get them for U.S. history, half can't tell you the capital of Maryland, what states are directly to the north and south, or where Mexico is. I know full well it's taught repeatedly a year before (I've seen it being taught) but the retention is horrible.

Agreed. I wish more fields had the amount of certifications IT does to help separate from just having degrees and help specialize. Some can argue that's gotten out of hand as well, but it's better then just having a degree.
  22. Jesus, where's your good news thread, @China?
  23. Think it has a lot to do with our countries lack of need to know where any other country except ours is, not to mention that everyone has GPS in their pocket now. Also, local geography isn't really focused on in school, i didn't see a map with a county line naming different counties until i was delivering pizzas and had one sitting in my passenger seat.
