It's akin to violating someone's probation over jaywalking though (after some podunk Texas town makes it a Class D felony).

Was it the jaywalking that sent the person back to prison or the violation of the probation?

Violation of probation

Unless Jaywalking is punishable with prison?

Техас .. наш дом вдали от дома.
орошая работа для всех товарищей, которые неустанно работают в Техасе, чтобы распространять наше послание и подрывать их нацию. Это лучше, чем Хиллари.

If I remember correctly, this is the same one that everyone was up in arms about before.  She was not sentenced for the illegal vote.  Her sentence from a previous crime was re-instated because she broke the conditions of her parole.  This title is mis-leading.  She wasn't denied a trial because it is a punishment for something she already had a trial for (and was found guilty).  I feel like misleading headlines like this gives credence to the "fake news" crowd.
