redskinss
I guess you can un-pin this seeing as someone anonymously decided to pay for the entire service. Very nice of them for sure. I wonder if it was the redskins organization.

Would be cool to have something either on his seat or in his section.

CBass1724
Hoorayyy for an anonymous doner! I'd love to be in a position to do something like that one day. I'm very happy someone stepped up for Chief Zee.
Huly
He has never had his "own seat" he had a pass to enter and wander throughout the stadium.
44aDieselGirl
I couldn't figure out why the "Campaign Not Found" error was popping up. Whomever you are that paid for the service: thank you so much for being so amazing. This proves to me that there are still wonderful people in this world- regardless of the headlines that we see day in and day out. My heart soars that the super generous benefactor must have been this organization, current or former players or fellow fan(s). Well, you rock! Hail to the Chief! HTTR! Koolblue13
Wouldn't be surprised in the least if it was...it took him a long time, but I believe we have one of the best owners in the league.
ExoDus84
Classy move by Snyder. As shrewd as he can be as a businessman, he takes care of his players and DC legends like Chief when it matters most.
RedBeast
That's what being uber rich is all about, helping others when you can...IMO. Great move by Dan. Hail to Chief Zee gone but never forgotten. Maybe someone young will step up with a new idea. Hogettes are gone, Chief is gone...none can be replaced but we do need that element, it is our history...and not SuperSkin. elkabong82
That is wonderful news. I hope they do something to memorialize him at the stadium this season.
bedlamVR
I don't think it is something new with the Dan he was amongst the first to put his hand in his pocket for katrina allowing players and ex players use of his jet to get down there and stepped in following Sean Taylor death .... People have not just been paying attention . Still a very classy move to respect the legend who was chief Zee
Rskins06
Classy move by Dan Snyder! Like us, he has grown up loving this team (of course, he was able to buy his favorite team) and watching Chief Zee cheer for OUR Redskins and when given the opportunity, took care of a beloved fan we will all remember.....especially the SB17 highlights! Thank You Dan Snyder and GOD Bless You, your Family and our Redskins! Of course, can't hurt to have "The Chief" cheering us on from the heavens

People just wanted to hate him before so didnt pay much attention to it.

UKskins
Really pleased to see this. I know it's a drop in the ocean considering his personal fortune, but it was the right thing for him to do. Never realised that Dan had paid for Zema's mobility scooter too. Dan has taken a lot of heat for a long time, but now he has stepped away from the football side of things, I think he's doing a great job. Scotty Mac is his own man, and I don't think he'd have signed if he was going to have his hands tied by Snyder. Dan hasn't always been perfect but we now have football guys like Scott running the football, and Dan is doing the right things, I'm inclined to agree that we probably have one of the best owners in football.I sincerely hope we mark the Chief's contribution to our franchise formally with Ring of Honour or something, and I hope the funeral went as smoothly as these things can, with a big turnout from the RedskinsNation (I haven't heard anything about it since he was laid to rest). RIP Chief.

Riggo-toni
As I recall, Dan was also way ahead of the other owners providing money for Katrina victims and let several players use Redskins One to fly down and take care of family. Whatever criticisms one may have of Mr Snyder, he has always been extraordinarily generous to charity.
