visionary
http://www.reuters.com/article/us-twenty-first-fox-ailes-idUSKCN10J2H4 Quote Harassment case against Roger Ailes will remain in New Jersey court Former Fox News Channel Chairman Roger Ailes on Monday dropped a bid to move a sexual harassment lawsuit by a former anchor from New Jersey to a federal court in New York. In the lawsuit filed last month in federal court in New Jersey, Gretchen Carlson accused Ailes of repeatedly propositioning her for sex and said he terminated her contract in June after she refused his advances. Ailes, who resigned in the wake of the lawsuit, has denied the allegations. On Monday, lawyers for Ailes and Carlson said in a court filing that Ailes would drop his petition to move the lawsuit to federal court in Manhattan. A lawyer for Ailes, Barry Asen, said in an interview that he would now ask the judge overseeing the case to send it to arbitration in light of an agreement Carlson signed with Fox News. "We're trying to avoid a lot of excess litigation" by keeping the case in New Jersey, Asen said. Monday's agreement must be approved by U.S. District Judge Jose Linares in Newark. BornaSkinsFan83
I think it's a lock Hannity and probably O'Reilly are at Trump TV this time next year with Ailes on board in some fashion.

That would be betting against themselves unless they lost their jobs at Fox. Trump isn't going to compete with them. This would be Steaks/Vodka/Airlines all over again. Plus, there aren't enough Cash 4 Gold companies to buy ad time on both.

On Monday, former host Andrea Tantaros became the latest high-profile woman in the network’s orbit to file a lawsuit alleging sexist discrimination at Fox. Her suit names not only Ailes, but his successor Bill Shine, as well as famed host Bill O’Reilly, as parties to her humiliation. “Fox News masquerades as a defender of traditional family values, but behind the scenes, it operates like a sex-fueled, Playboy Mansion-like cult, steeped in intimidation, indecency and misogyny,” the suit claims. @DCGoldPants
Hate to sound like a jerk. But it sounds like she's leaving those other women who stepped up, in the lurch now. Unless they are all just expecting settlement. You'd think if she were really behind changing the culture in the industry. She'd go to court.
Riggo-toni
Seems wrong Gretchen only gets half as much as Ailes as a result of her suit. If there were justice at Fox News, she would get paid 70% of what the man makes, just like all the other women in the workforce.
