Kevin Cousins
Hi there Five English guys staying near Union Station and had booked a rally bus to get us to and from the stadium but due to lack of passengers the bus has been cancelled. Looks easy enough to get the metro to the stadium, but bit worried about getting back to the hotel after the game. The Metro website says the trains run until midnight on a Monday, and I'm thinking that might be cutting it fine? Do they run later trains when there is a Monday game? If not, any suggestions on how we get back to the hotel would be very welcome Thanks, Kevin

The Metro will stay open later for the game. It looks like it the last train leaves at 1:30AM. That is normal for a MNF game. <link deleted>  Also, I suggest you put round trip fare on your ticket so you don't have to fight the crowds after the game. That way you can just go straight to the train. Don't forget the extra $1 for a paper ticket. May want to ask them at Union Station exactly how much to put in.   Enjoy the game! I will be there too. Driving up from North Carolina! Hope we have a great outcome!  Staff edit: See post #

DButz65
As long as you get on before the last train leaves for the night (check metro's web site) they cant kick you off until you get off at your destination, trains run until every passenger is off the train   "Fans leaving FedEx Field for Morgan Boulevard station will find the last Blue Line train headed toward Franconia-Springfield at 12:25 a.m., and the last Blue Line train to Largo Town Center at 1:33 a.m.  Customers will be able to make connections to other lines as follows:"   Morgan Blvd is closer to the stadium than Largo Town Center, its a 1.1 mile walk from Morgan Blvd to the stadium gates. Games usually last about 3 hours, gives you a whole hour to get back to Morgan Blvd station
ggarriso
Does anyone have a link to the official advisory for this game? Â I'd like to metro in from Reston on silver, but I can't find anything official stating that the hours are indeed extended and to when for this game. Mr. S
The trains will be running; they always do for night games. Â If you miss it take uber. Â
goskins10
Thats from 2012 tho right?   It doesn't matter. They put up the same message as they are always open. I have taken the Subway after a Monday game like 4 times. So trust me, they run! lol   But as others have said, if worst comes to worst, you can take a cab (using the Uber app).
