Kilmer17
The Supreme Court is going to hear a bunch of big time cases. https://gma.yahoo.com/supreme-court-2015-term-inside-key-cases-big-094038165--abc-news-topstories.html Fisher V U of Texas- Affirmative Action Friedrichs v California Teachers Association- compulsory dues for public unions Evenwel v Abbott- Use of population vs voting population to draw legislative districts Plus probably a couple of abortion cases and maybe a death penalty case. The biggest one, IMO, is the legislative district case. If they rule in favor of the challenger, it would change the method used to calculate how districts are made. Instead of total population, it would make states use VOTING population.
