TheyAreBack
Given a Redskins roster that needs 14-18 new starters (because of age and talent deficits) to become a super bowl capable team the Redskins are NOT going to win anything of significance for at least 3, and maybe 4 years. As a result of the aforementioned, in the next 2 years Free Agency should be used to fill immediate needs with a caveat that it should be done only with player contracts that do not present cap problems in 2017 and 18 - the earliest period when the rebuild can be completed. If they follow that path they will be able to build with the draft for the next 3 years and still have cap room to bring in players when they are needed to make the team super bowl competitive.
