mAshparie36
http://www.sportingnews.com/nfl/story/2014-09-20/rg3-rgiii-injury-report-ankle-fracture-dislocation-return-fantasy "Dr. David Chao is a practicing orthopedic surgeon with over two decades of professional sports team physician experience including NFL..." "As an NFL team doctor, I have treated multiple ankle dislocations, including Sproles’ injury. In the absence of articular cartilage damage, it is routine to return to full football activities. The good news for RG3 is that when recovered, he can be 100%." "Here is hoping that RG3 gets the chance to shine again. Washington fans may be down on him now, but don’t be too quick to give up on him. Medically, there is no reason Griffin can’t return to full form." Hopefully this will be a chance for those who are all down & "he'll never be the same" to just realize he'll be fine. Like Reed, he's not injury prone, he was doing fine, making progress - just a wrong step & freak accident, a minor setback. RGIII HTTR
Bonez3
Those of us with patience know this. And by most accounts, no soft tissue damage seen on imaging. If RG3 stayed healthy in that game and put up the stats KC did against Jax, the whole public persona is different. And I'm convinced RG3 was going to TORCH Jax that day. Seriously, Houston might be a championship contending D. When we look back and re-evaluate the game he played, might not look that bad. IMHO, I think he did about as good as any YOUNG QB could do there. I am far from signed off on RG3. Let the haters hate

The Monday night game IN dallas and the Thursday night game in Minnesota. Dallas: He was playing great. Had some great runs. Great passes, accurate. Few mistakes but every QB does. Minnesota: Another game where he was playing lights out and our D just s**t the bed. Esp his second TD throw to Reed. He pump faked the LB, then rifled it in to him off his back foot - insane how much torque was on that ball considering how he was getting drilled. He is an awesome athlete and with time, will be an AWESOME qb.
AlldaySkins
There's absolutely no reason why he can't come back fully healthy. The only question is how long until he hurts himself again. He's very fragile in this day of the NFL. I still have faith he can come back and be just as good as his rookie season. It will be interesting what we do though, if Cousins exceeds expectations and leads us to the playoffs.
Redskins3D
Of course he can be back to 100%, the question is will 100% in 2015 be what 100% was in 2012? And is his play style + body type going to work at the NFL level long term.

AmericanEagles
Burgundy Knight Rises! RG3 is awesome. He is the main reason why the Skins worry me more than any other East team over the next 5 years or so. I would love to get him on the Eagles, he would absolutely rule in this offence. I really like Kirk but I just know he'll perform well, you know? So there's less excitment at least for me but with Rob it's just more of the unknown, like you dno what's going to happen next. Can be good or can be bad but its entertaining.
AlvinWaltonIsMyBoy
Griffin is just setting the table for one of the most remarkable returns to dominance the league has ever seen. We will be witnesses.
mojo
I hope he does but this is half of a season of progress missed into his transformation into a pocket QB. He's not going to learn on the bench.

Griffin looked pretty damn good considering he was hampered by the knee brace. Now, the defense was another story!

I think the eagles are going to be at least a mid level team over the next few years with chip. I think Foles is limited as a franchise guy but good enough to get you by. Which means no HIGH pick to grab a QB. A free agent Griffin gives the eagles a guy with franchise QB level talent who could potentially be deadly in Kelly's offense. And seeing him go to a division rival would just be absolutely horrible.

He is going to another team like Champ did and blow the f up to superstar level, because the other teams don't have the DC sports curse and bad team management like the Redskins had for a decade now.So you can bet that whatever team he leaves for, will have a top of the line Oline unlike the Redskins over the last decade. Commander Adama
I don't think it is a question of him physically recovering from this injury, but more of a mental one. When he first came back from his knee injury there was some trepidation, and that I believe, last awhile. Then he he was finally back into the groove, he has this injury. I am not saying anything about him mentally, but for me, I think it would affect me and my return, and I definitely do not think I would be the same. Smurfy
I hope and believe he will return strong. I just don't think he can stay healthy. When he is hit, especially in the open field, arms and legs fly everywhere. With his style of play, it is difficult to limit his exposure to injury.
