Do you want to be a permanent season ticket holder w/ 2 lower bowl seats on the 20 yard line?

...Then PM me now.

I have approval from the club to transfer my license for 2 lower bowl seats on the 20. You will be the official season ticket holder after you buy my license and you will have the relationship with the club after that. The club will also assist you in finding a good parking pass.

You must complete the sale of the license this week--today preferably--so that you have the relationship with the club for this year's (and forever's) season tickets. The license to these seats will not be offered again after this.

I CALL BULL****!!

You HAVE to be a immediate family member to transfer non premium seating to them. So if seats are in the lower bowl

you can not transfer them to just anyone. Why would they give one person permission to sign them over to a non

family member after all of these years? P.S. GA seats dont have contracts or licenses like the op says like premium seating

THIS SMELLS LIKE A SCAM EVERYONE, DONT TRUST IT.

DButz, I clearly said that buyers would be buying a license, which should have told you that these were premium seats. But, unlike Club Level and suite leases, there is no long-term commitment; these renew each year for as long as the holder wants to keep them

I can produce the email from a senior club official who approved it. Plus, I want payment by PayPal, which gives the buyer PayPal's "buyer protection plan."

This is a rare opportunity for someone to get two 20 yard line seats in 119 (close to the field) and become the official season ticket holder for as long as they would like. It won't last.

Not much time left. I have gotten multiple PMs of interest. Rightly so because this is a great deal.

You didn't think you'd ever get this chance, right? Opportunity is knocking but it won't be knocking for long.

Yes, obviously a scam to someone who never heard of a AAA Fan Zone license. The AAA license provides great options for season ticket holders. The only other way you could sit as close as this license allows would be if had your tickets in your family for generations.

If a new licensee were to buy this license from the club today, they would have to pay about twice what I am asking.

I can only guess what motivates some people to involve themselves in the honest affairs of others.

I clearly stated that I am selling a license. The license allows the licensee to sit in section 119. I asked for PMs so that I could disclose all of the relevant information to serious buyers.

You, Cooley, pretended to be a serious buyer, so I asked you to PM me.I disclosed to you almost four hours ago that these were AAA Fan Zone licenses at the same time that I disclosed the price that I was asking. And, I offered to provide you with other information, which would have included the email that I received from the club that specifically granted me permission to do this.

If any fans are serious about becoming a season ticket holder with two great seats in 119, you need to PM me quickly.

Did you know that some Ravens fans are selling PSLs for 2 seats in the end zone and corner end zone for between $4,000 and $5,500?

http://baltimore.craigslist.org/tix/4370328560.html

My mistake...that's $5,500 PER SEAT...$11,000 for the pair!!!!

So my license for two Redskins season tickets costs 82% LESS than what a Ravens fan is going to pay for seats that are much worse than what I offered. What does that tell you?

The AAA Ultimate Fan Zone license = PSL. That is EXACTLY the way the Redskins designed it.

Buyers of AAA Ultimate Fan Zone licenses become season ticket holders who get to move past everyone who has been waiting for lower level sideline seats. That is the opportunity that I am offering Redskins fans.

I bought four licenses about twelve years ago--the first year that the Redskins first offered these licenses. I moved up from the 5-10 yard line to the 20-yard line about three years ago. If you buy AAA Fan Zone Licenses today from the club you'll probably get end zone seats. It will take you about 20 years to move up to my seats.

I am selling two of my four AAA Ultimate Fan Zone licenses. I posted them here first so that Skins fans could get first shot.

The only bad deal about those fanzone seats is having to buy the tickets for their little tailgate thing every game too. If it were just a seat license charge it wouldn't have been so bad. That's why I never bought them, and why some I know got rid of them.

For Cooooooley, the fan zone transfer ability is no scam.  The ticket office used to offer you the opportunity to buy into the lower level as long as you committed to buying the fan zone tailgate passes.  The tickets WERE and ARE transferable.

The only scam is he failed to disclose that you would be on the hook every year to buy the fan zone passes every year in addition to the lower level ticket price.

He should have disclosed that in the OP.

Yes, as Chipwhich said, these tickets WERE and ARE transferrable. And, whenever a serious buyer sent me a PM, I made sure to IMMEDIATELY disclose that these seats came with Fan Zone passes.

So, which would you rather buy?

Package A:

2 Ravens PSLs in the corner of the end zone:                        $11,000

Ticket cost of a Ravens corner end zone seat per game:       $     110

Package B:

2 Redskins sideline PSLs on the 20:                                        $ 1,950

Ticket cost of a Redskins Sideline Seat on the 20 including:   $    193
      1) 3-hour AYCE BBQ by Famous Dave's

      2) Half priced beer

      3) Access to the 5th Quarter Party in the Club level

      4) Entertainment: Cheerleaders, ex Redskins players, Marching Band, etc.

This is not a scam.  If you decide to get tickets via the AAA FanZone route you can negotiate with the ticket office to get tickets, yes, in section 119.  I don't believe there really is any restriction except maybe the two center sections which are kept for the Touchdown Club.

I see no problem with RG2's offer if it includes AAA FanZone.

Just seemed shady the way it was presented in the original post.  If he'd just have come out and said FanZone seats on the 20 plus purchasing the tailgate club tix in the original posts this thread would have went much differently.

My apologies RG2. I still think the OP could have been a little clearer and leaves out the fact that the price you are offering for this "license", is not the same price the team will charge in the years following. After 4 seasons, those Ravens PSL prices look pretty good. But then you'd have to watch the Ravens..

Cooley,

The point of asking for PMs was to sell these off line to serious fans. I don't have time to sort through this message board every day. I fully disclosed everything to anyone I thought was a serious PMer.

I don't know what you mean by "the team will charge a higher price for the license in following years." This is a ONE-TIME purchase to reimburse me for 2 of the 4 licenses that I bought when the Fan Zone first opened (FKA the Tailgate Club). There is no other cost to become a sideline season ticket holder other than the game tickets and Fan Zone Passes.

Ravens PSLs might look good in four years only if you like corner end zone seats and have $11,000 to shell out up front. And that also means you'll miss out on four years of free BBQ, half priced drinks, cheerleaders, the 5th Quarter Party, former Redskins autographs, seeing the band play HTTR two feet in front of you, etc. etc.

XAVMIT, Thanks for the endorsement, but new AAA Fan Zone licensees are not going to get seats in 119. Long-term Licensees like myself will move up to 119 from worse seats. New licensees will be offered end zone seats.

See it's statements like this that get the replies you have received in this thread.  You are not getting anything free.  You pay for entry into that each and every game, in perpetuity, wether you want to go or not.
